Possessing rich experience of having worked for Brand Advertising with clients like : Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Group, Goa Tourism, Knorr, Horlicks, ICICI Bank, Vodafone, PnG, SBI, IndusInd Bank, Pearson, Cochlear and OLA, to name a few, Piyush is the guiding light for Rudram Productions as well as Rudram Advertising & VR.
Nikunj Nayana

One of the Senior Front Runners, Nikunj is a curious blend of rich experience and passion. He has been instrumental in the conception and launch of Rudram with his drops of wisdom.

Having been trained under Late Shri. Shashi Kapoor & Shri. Ramnath Tharwal as an Actor, he has his base from Prithvi Theatre, Juhu. Famous for his roles of Dambar in Traffic Signal, Chance Pe Dance, Poshter Boyz produced by Shreyas Talpade. Trained at the Shaimak Davar’s Institute of Performing Arts as a Dancer. He is much loved for his Marathi Television appearances on Lakshya, Maharashtra Jagate Raho / Hindi Television appearances, be it Aahat, Savdhaan India or the recently running Chandrashekhar on Disney+ Hotstar which sees him playing the role of Shaheed Rajguru.

He loves mixing and fitting between technology and art to come up with something innovative and fresh. As a powerhouse of knowledge and experience, we can say undoubtedly that he fuels real change in our organization.
Started off his career as a Theatre Artist from Bharatendu Natya Academy [B.N.A], Lucknow. His first big break was with Doordarshan National as an Associate Director. He has also handled casting direction for numerous prime-time running daily soaps, Ek Ghar Banaunga – Star Plus, Satrangi Sasural – Zee TV,one of the longest running TV Show Crime Patrol – Sony TV and Chandrashekhar – Disney+ Hotstar to name a few. Currently spearheading Production for Roomies in Dreamland with Jaaved Jaafferi on Amazon Mini TV.

With a decade of experience in the film industry, Harshal has ascended to the pinnacle of success, driven by his dedication to developing and executing projects spanning OTT, Movies, Television Advertisements and TV series.
Commencing his journey as an Assistant Director, Harshal steadily climbed the industry ranks,
culminating in a significant achievement when he joined Mullenlowe Lintas Group, one of India's premier Advertising Marketing Communications Companies as the Associate Vice President.
Today, as an Independent Producer, Harshal continues to invest in content across OTT and Movies. His commitment to preparing today's generation for the future is a driving force behind his involvement with RTA. Harshal's affinity for theatre, coupled with his desire to reconnect with his creative aspirations, led him back to his roots. As a member of Team RTA, he is dedicated to revolutionizing the National Business landscape.
Harshal's role involves spearheading initiatives such as achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, expanding into new markets and crucially, maintaining client relationships. His passion for making a lasting impact on the industry is evident in his multifaceted approach to advancing RTA's business objectives.
Varun Tamta

A Well Renowned Actor from the Hindi Film Industry, Mr. Tamta has given impactful roles across various segments like Television, Movies as well as OTT, be it in Amazon Prime's Mirzapur, Bawaal, MX Player's Ashram, Taj Mahal 1989, Article 15, Raid, Thappad, Mulk or Mission Majnu.

However, that's not all, hailing from Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Tamta is a celebrated artist, known for his background of Theatre, especially from Bhartendu Natya Academy - Lucknow. Being a pure artist at heart, he is one of the best Natya Guru's in the country.
Brining not just his rich experience to the table, he also brings his passion towards Theatre as a whole, which is what helps him easily connect with all age groups in no time. Chalking out RTA + Schools' Annual Drama Presentations, supervising the Scripting of Plays for Students, their Direction and Production, scouting Talent from Schools for Auditions and playing key role in hiring promising talent in the form of faculties, are some of the major roles played by him.
Prasoon Narain

One of a kind artist, Prasoon graduated from Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts, New Delhi, having specialization in Dramatic Arts. He's blessed with not only above par Acting skills but also Direction, Music Composition - Direction as well as Script Writing. Being Drama Department Head for multiple schools till date, Prasoon joined the RTA Family in 2020, spearheading the RTA - SEAS Merger in Dehradun, as the whole world kept facing numerous challenges with Lockdown and getting accustomed to the New Virtual Phase, Prasoon single handedly took responsibility of keeping Rudram's head high, sticking to its values - imparting Drama Education to students without any hindrance.

Having acted in 21 Commercial Plays, having handled Light Design and Operation for around 22 Plays, being responsible as the Set Executor - Stage Manager for around 9 plays - Sujeet is a Powerhouse of Talent and a Multi Faceted Artist when it comes to Drama, being associated with more than 50 plays till date!

Having joined the RTA family in the year 2023, Sujeet is responsible for mentoring our faculties, regulating their functioning, arranging timely refreshers and bringing out maximum potential from the varied RTA faculties, spread across multiple schools in India.

The epitome of discipline, Pisal Sir, as he's widely known back home in Panchgani - Maharashtra, has a reputation of a Senior Educationist in this one of the most famous hill stations of India.

An Ex-Army and Navy officer, Pisal Sir is the Recipient of the Shikshak Gaurav Puraskar from Panghgani Municipal Council, has been honoured by Mahabaleshwar Sub District with Surbhi Krida Ratna Puraskar and Covid Yodha Puraskar.

Apart from being a Black Belt and a Yog Guru, Pisal Sir has been an integral part of Panchgani's Physical Education since past 27 years. He joined the RTA family in 2023 with the aim of revolutionizing Drama Education.
